Our range of label unwinders can handle labels up to 127mm (5"), 174mm (6.85") and 244mm (9.60") wide and unwind rolls with diameter up to 250mm (10") and 300mm (11.81"). Users can choose among 2 different types of core holders: the adjustable core holder from 40mm (1.57") up to 118mm (4.64") and the 76mm (3") fixed core holders.
It is possible to add an optional support for heavy rolls (if the unit is equipped with support, the core holder is adjustable 46mm - 118mm (1.81" - 4.64") ). Unwinders are equipped with an external auto-switching 100/240V power supply and an electronic circuit controls the functions.
Unwinders with clutch are available upon request. When the roll of labels runs out, the unwinder stops by uttering an acoustic signal. The possibility to adjust the sense of rotation, clockwise or counterclockwise, allows to unwind the labels face in or face out.
The tension arm adjusts the speed of rotation: when it is up, the unwinder turns at full speed, whereas when the tension arm is down, the unwinder is idle and blocks the motor’s rotation when the printer stops.
